This experience is open to participants aged 18 and above.
Please take responsibility for your own wellbeing, belongings, and arriving on time.
9D Breathwork can be deep and powerful, both emotionally and physically. It’s important that your body and nervous system feel ready for this journey.
This experience is not suitable if you are:
• Pregnant
• Under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs (or have used them within the last 48 hours)
• Living with epilepsy or seizure-related conditions
• Experiencing serious heart, circulation, or blood pressure conditions
• Recovering from surgery within the last 3 months
• Experiencing severe psychiatric conditions or recent hospitalisation
• Living with any condition that may be affected by changes in breathing, oxygen, or CO₂ levels
Please check with your doctor before joining if you:
• Have asthma or breathing sensitivities
• Have heart rhythm or cardiovascular concerns
• Have eye conditions such as glaucoma or detached retina
• Have severe osteoporosis
• Are taking strong blood-thinning medication
• Live with bipolar disorder or other ongoing mental health conditions
• Have any long-term condition that may be impacted by breathwork
9D Breathwork facilitators are not medical professionals.
This experience supports wellbeing but does not replace medical or psychological care.

- Bookings & Payments
All sessions are booked and paid in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
• Payment is required in advance
• Bookings are non-refundable
• You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session
• Changes within 24 hours or no-shows cannot be transferred
• Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds
• If a session is cancelled by 9D Breathwork, you may choose a refund or a new date
• Discount codes are valid for one participant per booking
• Each participant must register using their own email address
- Your Consent & Responsibility
By joining this session, you confirm that you are choosing to participate willingly and consciously, and that you feel ready for this experience.
You understand that breathwork may bring up emotions, sensations, or physical responses as part of the release and integration process.
You take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after the session and agree to listen to your body, rest when needed, and seek medical care if required.
By participating, you release 9D Breathwork and its facilitators from liability related to your experience and accept responsibility for any personal or medical costs that may arise.
- Shared Space, Respect & Confidentiality
This is a shared and sacred space.
You agree to follow guidance offered by the facilitator to support safety and flow.
If behaviour feels unsafe or disruptive to the group, you may be asked to step out without a refund.
Everything shared within the session stays confidential.
Please honour each other’s stories, experiences, and privacy.
All session material remains the intellectual property of 9D Breathwork and may not be recorded or shared without written permission.
- Photography & Media
At times, sessions may be photographed or filmed.
You will always be asked for clear consent before being included.
If you choose to consent, images or videos may be used for education or promotional purposes by 9D Breathwork.
