The 3-Session Journey offers you the opportunity to experience 9D Breathwork over three personalised, one-to-one sessions, allowing you to become more familiar with the practice, explore different journeys and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
Each session combines conscious connected breathing with immersive 9D sound technology, including binaural beats, guided suggestions and multidimensional soundscapes, creating a unique multisensory experience.

Every breathwork experience is different, and there is no fixed sequence of journeys.
Before we begin, we’ll discuss your intentions, previous breathwork experience and anything you’d like me to be aware of.
If you’re new to 9D Breathwork, we may begin with a gentler journey to help you become familiar with the breathing techniques and immersive sound experience.
As you become more comfortable, we can explore different journeys, including more activating experiences where appropriate.
Each journey is selected with your individual needs, comfort and suitability in mind.
